Acqueverdi Gin delle Alpi by La Valdotaine is a spirit with a great mountain spirit. Inspired by the magical Verruc trail, which starts from a centuries-old chestnut tree near the Sanctuary of Plout, this gin captures the essence of "eiva verta" (green waters in the local patois dialect). The botanicals grow along the banks of the stream and help build a fresh and herbaceous aromatic profile, which combines with spicy hints of juniper.
