Del Frate Sauvignon Blanc 2023 Alpi Retiche IGT di Triacca has an intense golden yellow color. On the nose, hints of peppers, apricots and tropical fruits, perfectly integrated with alcohol and acidity. On the palate it is dense and of great depth. It surprises with its brilliance and persistence.

After harvesting, the grapes are stored for 12 hours in a cool environment to enhance their aromatic richness. After maceration on the skins for 12 hours and soft pressing (0.5 atm), the must ferments for 12-15 days at a controlled temperature of 17°C. It ages in stainless steel barrels.
