Heredia Lagrein Trentino DOC 2022

Given the ordinance of 1526 that Michele Gaismair sent to his fellow citizens of South Tyrol to invite them to grow Lagrein "in the most sunny positions, as is customary below, in Latin soil" i.e. in Trentino, we can consider Lagrein an indigenous vine for at least 500 years.
The pressed grapes are left to ferment in specific tanks where the classic fermentation is carried out with slow pumping over fermentation in red.
