Spumante Satèn Franciacorta DOCG di Santa Lucia has a beautiful straw yellow color and fine perlage. On the nose it is delicately floral and spicy, with hints of yellow fruit. On the palate it is a soft, velvety and pleasantly creamy sparkling wine.

Soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16°C). In the second fermentation, the wine destined for Satèn is characterized by a lower addition of sugar in the liqueur de tirage compared to Brut; the result is a lower development of gas, with a greater delicacy and finesse of the foam. Aged in the bottle on the yeasts for a minimum period of 24 months in cellars at a constant temperature of 12-15°C.
