Winemaking and Refinement

Efeso Bianco Calabria IGT 2022 by Librandi is straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, fruity hints such as white peach and citrus, small mineral notes. On the palate pleasantly savory and almondy.

Hand-picked during the first ten days of October. Fermentation takes place in barriques at a controlled temperature. Aged in barriques for 6 months before being bottled.
